This small dealer perhaps not knows by many, but have some great quality selective pre-owned from Japanese to European cars.
During my car searching, found ONECARS advertisement on Sgcarmart, a unique low mileage 5 years Audi Q3 sportback, car was well refurbished with great interior condition and engine acceleration was still tight and powerful. Loved it.
Decided to buy it on the spot during our first viewing. Rayner, the boss was very accommodating of my requirements, so to get the car as soon as possible. Even I'm not so please of the trade it price for my old Audi, he is flexible and giving good advise so to get higher selling price from other dealers.
Finally managed to sell my old car a much higher price and quickly arrange for the documents. We face some difficulties during the process due to buyer and guarantor arrangement for the car loan. We force to redo the whole loan process, I am very fortunate, probably only small dealer like ONECARS, boss like Rayner, who is willing to help all the ways to settle the process. With my annoying requests due to my new experience buying a second hand car, Rayner was really patient, professional and meticulous, we finally completed the buying process and get my car probably after a week.
I have to say, impressive service from Rayner, he is not hard sell yet take care all your concerns and make sure you can get your car with peace of mind.

On the first meet itself, Rayner passed me the car key and stepped aside, giving me space and time to inspect the car myself. Which is a green flag in my books. He then proceeded to talk about the car specs, issues that needed to be followed up and taken care off, even before I spotted them.
To all requests that I made, he never once said no. He always managed to find a way that works best for both parties. From pre inspection, to agent servicing, price negotiation, trade in and many more. He went out of his way to make sure I was fully satisfied before purchasing my car. He made the whole buying process seamless and for issues that needed to be sorted out, he constantly provided updates and recommendations.
Rayner has been very genuine and polite throughout this process and made this whole transaction very satisfying. 100/10 will recommend Rayner to anyone looking to purchase their car
